Keyword Ranking on 1st page

My Kitchen website Page for Keyword Modular Kitchen Chennai is in 13th position on 2nd page on Google.co.in  I have made lot of off page submissions regarding this page & webmaster is also showing good number of backlinks. My problem is that this page is not appearing on 1st page in Google.co.in  What should be done apart from these submissions in order to have ranking on 1st page. Please Suggest your views.

I would suggest you do competitor backlinks analysis through ahrefs.com and find out the quality backlinks that may help you to rank.

And also it happens that if you are building link to the page which you want to rank better then google might think that you are trying to manipulate the search rankings. So build links to your overall domain and not only to the page.

First you have to analyse your competitors keywords and the baclinks they are getting from. Also lookout for the links your website is getting. Try to get backlinks from authoritative websites. Also, make changes to the current strategy you are using. Post on websites from where your competitors are getting links.

There are a lot of other factors that may be letting you off the guard. May be your website domain age is not old enough as compared to them(it affects slightly). Optimize your every single page by relevant keywords in Title, description and page content.

You can check competitors websites & what they do for website like submission, title tag, description also h1 etc... then to apply also your website and submission also.

As our community friends have suggested you for competitors analysis, I am not only suggesting the same but also you should do strong ORM & try to get high PR quality link to come on 1st page. Because how much efforts you are taking for come on 2-3 page, that doubled efforts you have to put to come on 1 st page.

If you want to improve your keyword ranking on #1 page  . and accordingly your site description you have to do only one thing which is high quality blog content so you can get #1 page of google.
