Why google hate my online bookshop?

I'm running an online bookshop for more than 3 years. Currently I'm using Magento as eCommerce engine and stores more than 70,000 book title in our system. Based on AHREFs we have more than 40,000 backlinks from different domains including .edu. Unfortunately Google has a problem with my site which I can't identified.

I even checked the case with Google webmaster and they told me there's no penalty for website, however your ranking was determined by our algorithms and we can't manipulate it.

Can anyone give me a suggestion on the reason of low ranking on Google?
