Hey guys, can we use adobe dreameaver to blogger.com?
I don't know if this is a bloody idiot question or not because I've zero knowledge on this.

I am also newb in this matter but it seems that blogger uses blogging CMS for this.
You probably need to have some knowledges in M$ Word to manage it.
