2 IP number on one VPS with PowerDNS

Hi, i fight with that 1 week with no success. I have got VPS with PowerDNS and i try to do own/new nameservers. First name

server is ok but second (ns2) is not responding. I don`t know how to set up two nameservers on one VPS server. What i should

do to create own domain dns in that case?

Anybody has any idea how to do it in that topic?
