Any ideas to get most relevant backlinks with UAW submission?

Hello Everyone,

We are using UAW services more than 3 years. We found UAW done submissions to some sites that are not relevant for our article categories.

If the article talks about games and we used keywords and tags for games related phrases. But when we checked the submission links for the article we  found some site that are not related to our article. You can refer the below links:

http://www.jobslover.com/
http://jav2013a.blogspot.in/ - Tag says, it is for аdult videos
http://www.songsforum.com/arts-entertainment/how-to-open-an-online-pirate-game-account/

Also, most of the urls are not valid. That means they have broken or not taking us to exact link to view the article. For example:

http://www.getarticlestoday.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi?p=26947
http://logiciel4.blogspot.in/

Is there any way to improve on this? Please write your suggestions and comments to improve UAW quality.
