Enhance Campaign

My question is when open adwords account, there is a pop up about enhance campaign, I want to know that what is this and how can use this.

Earlier this year, Google Adword launched enhanced campaigns - a simpler, smarter way to manage your campaigns for a multi-device world. This tool helps you manage the transition of all the campaigns in your account to enhanced campaigns - before the automatic upgrade happens in July 2013.
