Google will develop in the following months a tool to disavow unwanted links to your website. I think this will help some sites recovering and also make your competitors harder to hit your website. The disavow tool does take some time to work. The offending pages with the dodgy links need to be re crawled before they get disavowed.

Duplicate contents can be found using various online tools like Copyscape. Duplicate contents are harmful for your website and should be immediately removed to avoid search engine penalties.

Try to use such primitive way, as your keywords in search engine! SERP served to users when they search something in searching engine, for example as Google! Every SERP is unique, even for search queries performed on the same search engine using the same keywords or search queries.

You can paste the content on the homepage and click on Quick search, and within seconds you will have the results with you. Copyscape is one of the oldest and popular plagiarism checker site. Here you can find duplicate content by adding the URL. It's fast and cheap.

It's to easy to find  duplicates,
Select the range of cells you wish to test. On Excel's Home tab, choose Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells Rules, and then Duplicate Values. Click OK within the Duplicate Values dialog box to identify the duplicate values. Duplicate values in the list will now be identified.

-Find indexed duplicate content, using URL or TEXT input.
-Use URL input to extract the main article content / text found in the body of a web page.
Navigational elements are removed, to reduce noise (otherwise a lot of pages would be                                 falsely identified as internal duplicates.)
-Use text input to get more control over the input.
-Select advanced options to choose one or multiple data points, used to detect duplicate pages. --Selecting multiple data points, will get you more specific and even better matching results.
(These data points are automatically extracted from the page content or text input).
-Similar content is extracted, returned and marked as: Input URL, Internal duplicate, External -uplicate.
-Export the results to .CSV. and use Excel / Open Office spreadsheet to view, edit or report your results.
