How do you guys get traffic from twitter?

I have twitter account and I always tweet my articles whenever I write them, but the problem is I don't get any traffic from them.
Where's the problem?
Should the topic really matter's or people are not interested in viewing it?
Please do suggest me something...

I guess it depends on the topic and it should be written in an appropriate manner so your message is clear to your readers. Sometime it also happens that topic posted by you has already been discussed so people are not interested in discussing again and again.

Agree with John. There are tons of tweets in seconds, so your followers may not read your tweet. I often tweet my articles more than once. And try making a catchy sentence that will attract your followers.

It's very simple and easy no rocket science involved in it. Start helping out people on Twitter, be nice and friendly to them. They will eventually start following you and visit you. I generally have conversation with people and post various knowledgeable post, so people with surely visit your niche.

I don't use twitter since its in no follow tag. However,  I use social networking such as Google Plus, Facebook and LinkedIn. In twitter, you should follow only follow people based on your niche and you know that will get interested on your product or services.
