Twitter verification app

hi, i have a problem, i use wordpress in my blog and a plugin to auto post in facebook and twitte, now i create new blog and follow the same steps, but when i try to create an app for twitter, it says i must confirm fist the account with my phone number, well i do it, but when i put my number and compañy, twitter says they don´t have businnes with this compañy so they cannot send me a confirmation, i read the instruction.

I am from Spain, but in the list of country and compañy, Spain doesn´t appear, so i couldn´t confirm my account so i cannot create an app for autopost in twitter.

Anyone knows if there is any way to avoid the verification number and reate an app?
