Philgifts.com was launched on December, 2002 under Fil-Tech Business Solution, Inc. Due to being new in the web and the Internet was still being introduced in the Philippines that year, the company has only got one order from the United States the whole Christmas Season, yet through promotions and text-link exchanged, the website got a more customers and orders on February 2003 for the Valentines Season.
